I debated over this for ages, but this is what I’ve finally settled on. I’ll be in Raleigh, NC tonight for Animazement 2013. I’m so excited to wear my two new costumes!

I’m such a sucker for songs like this. Guilty pleasure, maybe?

Finished Drow last night at 3am. I’m dead.

Tonight I get to help my boyfriend finish up his cosplay, pack, and drive down to Raleigh for Animazement!

Went home for my lunch break and snapped a quick picture of my painted bow. I’m not 100% happy with it, but it will do for now. It was my first time painting with an airbrush, and I kept having so many problems that I switched back to the brush. Aside from flow issues, airbrush painting is awesome.

I’ll also wrap the handle in vinyl, it looks pretty crappy atm.

Oh damn. I know its serious biz when you are panicking lol. 1) BREATH! 2) I’ve seen your l33t skillz lady, I’m sure it will be nothing short of mind blowing. ;)

It’s probably not as bad as I’m making it out to be, but I hate working down to the last-minute. I’m just worried I won’t have a lot of time for makeup tests, etc. I finished painting my bow last night and that’s pretty big. I just need to make my cloak, pour some resin, and add straps to all that armor.

Probably going to have some late nights, heh.

I have to have my Drow costume (and everything else) in order and packed by Thursday and it just HAS to be the busiest week of the next 4 months at work. FUCK. ~~Having a full time job is cramping my style.~~
